My name is Katy McConville (maiden name Tonick). I'm a mom, lifelong athlete, and passionate about helping women become their strongest, most confident selves. Movement has shaped my life from a young age. Rooted in 15 years of competitive cheerleading, which sparked my love for strength, discipline, and community.
I hold a B.S. in Health Science and Kinesiology, and in 2019 became a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor through CorePower Yoga. That same year, I competed in an NPC bikini competition, a powerful experience that deepened my respect for the body and mind.
I was previously certified as a personal trainer and am currently working toward my recertification. With years of experience training clients and continuing to train myself through every season, including two pregnancies. I understand the unique challenges women face, especially in motherhood.
